Overview
Gaming Partners International® SAS, or GPI® SAS,
is the worldwide specialist in manufacturing plaques, jetons,
and gaming chips. Based in Beaune, France, GPI SAS manufactures
all of Bourgogne et Grasset® plaques and jetons, that
are commonly known as B&G™ plaques and B&G jetons.
GPI® USA is the exclusive distributor for North America
and the Caribbean Islands for B&G plaques and jetons.
GPI SAS has a long established history of supplying plaques
and jetons to casinos from Macau to London, and from Monte
Carlo to Sydney. GPI SAS has always been at the forefront
of the manufacturing of plaques and jetons since the first
customer, Societe des Bains de Mer, placed an order of B&G
plaques back in 1927.
Since then, the B&G plaques and jetons have been selected
as the plaque and jeton of choice by all the major casinos
in the world. B&G plaques and jetons are well known because
they combine aesthetic appeal, reliability, and security.
GPI SAS has vast experience and proven track records in the
casino industry and is the ideal partner to work with casino
managing directors and table managers. With a long tradition
of quality and experience coupled with an efficient Research
and Development department, GPI SAS is able to offer the highest
quality and the widest range of state-of-the-art gaming plaques
and jetons. B&G has a unique manufacturing process to
allow customers to customize all plaques and jetons.
For years, GPI SAS has wanted to be the most reliable company
for making plaques and jetons. GPI SAS has a very strict sales
policy, supplying only to licensed casinos and selling directly
to any casino in the world. B&G plaques and jetons are
not supplied to the public, advertising companies, or any
other business firms. All of the plaques and jetons are made
in one site, at a factory in Beaune, France.
At GPI® SAS, the production process is highly secure
due to internal procedures that have been based on many years
of experience.
All personnel are screened, and the facilities all have a
video surveillance system combined with an overall plant layout
with access controls. There are high security zones with access
limited to specially accredited personnel. The quantity and
quality control procedures and verification of procedure applications
are monitored by an Internal Audit Department.
GPI SAS continues to launch innovative products. The latest
collections of plaques and jetons have new designs that also
integrate new security options, such as embedded microchips.
